Frame: The Pantera frame was made by Giant in Taiwan and is the exact same frame used for the Schwinn Predator and Cycle Pro Greg Hill Signature.
Chromoly: The frame was full chromoly but the handlebars and forks were low end with ugly welds.
Parts: The parts that came on the Pantera were basically knock-offs of the high end parts used on other Kuwahara models.
